事务所现有工作人员共82名，包含专职律师56名，实习律师7名，行政人员9名。专职律师中，男性34名，女性22名；20-30岁律师19名，31-40岁律师19名，41-50岁律师11名，51岁以上律师8名；执业1-5年33名，执业6-10年7名，执业11-15年7名，执业16年以上9名；具有博士研究生1名，硕士研究生16名，本科30名；中共党员21名，致公党党员1名，民建会员1名；法学专业43名，非法学专业13名；“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年学术技术带头人1名；“3212”工程领军型律师1名；“青年律师领军人才”3名。
The office is located on the 3rd floor, of the No.868, West Ring Road, Gusu District, Suzhou, with an office area of nearly 2,400 square meters as well as a comfortable office environment and complete office equipment. The firm is fully equipped with 24 independent offices, 7 reception rooms, 2 conference rooms, 1 library, 10 printers (including photocopiers), 3 projectors and 5 paper shredders.
The firm has a total of 82 staff members, including 56 full-time lawyers, 7 practice lawyers and 9 administrative staff. Among the professional lawyers, there are 34 males, 22 females and 19 lawyers aged 20-30, 19 lawyers aged 31-40, 11 lawyers aged 41-50 and 8 lawyers over 51 years old. What' more, there are 33 practitioners from 1 to 5 years, 7 from 6 to 10 years, 7 from 11 to 15 years, and nine persons who have been practicing for more than 16 years. We have recruited a total of 1 doctoral candidate, 18 having a master's degree and 35 graduated with a bachelor's degree. Among them, there are 43 law majors, 13 non-law majors and 21 members of the Communist Party of China except 1 member of the Zhigong Party. It is worth noting that there is one young and middle-aged academic and technical leader of the "333 High-level Talent Training Project", one leading lawyer of "3212" project, including three of the "Young Lawyer Leading Talents".
